What is Fencing?
Fencing Roots
Fencing has a rich history ranging all the way back to the Ancient Era. It is still one of the original sports from the beginning of the modern Olympic Games in 1896. The sport is heavily emphasized within Europe especially in France, Italy, Poland, and Hungary. These countries all have history from the days that duels were fought.

Modernizing
With the modernization of computers and lighting the sport has become increasingly exciting. These changes have made leaps of improvements allowing us to transition from the duel into a sport. One where the object still remains rooted in its history but can be performed safely with age groups ranging from Y-8 to Vet 80.
